I have worked as a Security Officer for the last 15 years. A large portion of my time as a Security Officer has been spent as a Supervisor. For the last 9½ years I was employed by St. Vincent's Public Hospital .For the first 3 years I was a general Security Officer. For the next 2 years I was a Senior Security Officer. For the remainder of my employment I was a Supervisor.

I've Supervised Officers on rotating rosters on several Governments sites, answering directly to the clients. This included regular reports. I've worked numerous Pubs, Clubs, Bowling Clubs, Leagues Clubs & RSL Clubs. I've Supervised private functions of over 2000 people utilizing multiple Officers.

During my time in the industry I've dealt with people affected by drugs, alcohol & people suffering Mental health issues. I've been confronted by weapons & highly aggressive people.
